His name is Samuel Scott Jones. He’s 32. On Sunday evening, he surrendered to authorities after leading them on a wild chase through three Texas counties. You may have seen this case on the local news. Jones carjacked an 18-wheeler. He’s also been charged with three other carjackings. It all started when he carjacked a Lexus at gun point.

Jones is now in jail and was given a $500,000 bond to go with his charges of aggravated kidnapping and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. According to Charlet Hill, his sister, Jones simply “snapped from the stress in his life.”
